Hey Tommy, I left a more detailed message on the TSO website but just wanted to thank you personally for the gift of the guitar to my 10 year old niece tonight in Albuquerque. I'm going to the show in Austin on the 19th and can't wait to see what Beethoven's Last Night will have in store for us next year.

Tommy,

I just read your bio, and thought it amazingly humble in honesty. A rare virtue in these days. I have to admit though, I was trying to find out more about who you had worked with before.
I happened upon this site while checking out the TSO site. My wife and I will have the opportunity to see TSO in Madison Wisconsin this year, as recent fans. As a longtime fan of Savatage, it is really cool to see the merging of many styles and backgrounds TSO offers.
Thanks for sharing your story.

Hi Tommy
Going to see you tonight w/ TSO here in Phoenix. Caught you a few years ago w/ TSO also. Your a fantastic singer. While reading your profile I came across you lost your dad and it left a void in your life. Lost my dad in Feb 2004 and I know how you feel. My father was all your dad was and Christmas just doesn't seem the same anymore, but seeing TSO helps with the holidays. Rock on my friend and keep the faith

Hi Tommy,
I saw TSO for the 5th time straight this past November hear in Nampa, Idaho. I think all of you are so awesome. I had the chance to stay and meet with everyone and get autographs again. I took my second oldest daughter with me this year. That concert is all she talks about. You know 13 year olds, especially girls. They find something interesting and can't get it off of the brain.
I'm looking forward to your new album that you spoke of during the concert. Nighthawk? or something to that effect.
Have a terrific and Merry Christmas and I'm looking forward to next year.
I liked the extras you guys put into the show this year. Especially when your violinist and Angus got up on the platform and went up above the crowd while play their instruments.

I watched the performance of TSO (the Lost Christmas Eve)on PBS Wednesday evening, 12/7/05 and it was absolutely wonderful. You have a great singing voice and I thoroughly enjoyed your performance. Ossie David was the narrator but I don't know the name of the girl that played the runaway. Is she your daughter in life? I will see TSO in concert on 12/17/05 in Dallas and am truly looking forward to it. Take care and again, you have a beautiful voice.

Dear Tommy,
Heylo, My name is Brianna and i am 16 :D
Oh my goodness! You guys rocked my socks off! I attended the concert in Anaheim on December 4, 2005. And this was the best concert i have ever been too! I am also a musician. I play the Marimba as a matter of fact. I am in my schools Drumline and I am in the PiT (now the PiT is where all the mallet instruments are like the vibes and the marimbas) Anyways, i attended the concert with my parents and they simply loved you. I really loved it also. It inspired me to want to become a better musician then what i currently am. I must say that I hope to have as much entusiasim on stage someday as the whole orchestra possessed(especially Anna Phoebe! Oh my gosh she's my new role model!) I just want to say thank you for an unforgettable evening and I intend to attend many more in the future. Thank you sooo much!

Dear Tommy,

I just wanted to tell you that I attended the TSO concert at the Hampton Coliseum for the first time, and it was truly an incredible show, I fell in love with the "Ghosts of Christmas Eve" dvd, and never thought how much of an impact the show would make on me. Your voice is amazing!!!!!!!!! My favorite part of the whole experience was that I actually got to meet you as well as the other members of TSO.
It was an honor Tommy. No other concert that I have been to can compare. I look forward to seeing you guys again, keep up the good work and wonderful stage performance!!!
Love, a new TSO fan,

Concert - Nampa, Idaho

The Tran Siberian Orchestra is a Christmas tradition in our family. We wait in anticipation for the notice of advanced ticket sell through the fan club! And then count down the days to the concert.

Words cannot describe your concert this year! Fantastic! Amazing! Unbelievable entertainment! The Best Ever! We would have stayed as long as the group wanted to play!

It was over way too soon and now we must wait another year! We have already made a pact that no matter where we are or how far we're separated, we will continue to meet each year for the Tran Siberian concert!!!

Best wishes.

We loved the Portland, OR performance on November 30, but due to weather concerns could not stay and see you all afterward. Lauren (in a wheelchair)was all smiles when she saw you present the check to the Wendy's person. (Lauren and Jenny are adopted so I'm always happy to see the donation go to that organization.) Lauren would have been so happy to see you again, but we have the photo of you with her that she looks at. Hopefully next year we again can see all of you at the greeting table, but for Lauren, you are the one she wants to see. We can't wait until you can perform "The Lost Christmas Eve."

Dear Tommy, Thank you so much for the wonderful performances in Salt Lake City! Thank you especially, for allowing yourself to be touched by the lyrics of the Ornament, though you must have sung it thousands of times. See, I'm (as you know from other posts) a single mom of 5 kids. It is hard to keep the kids believing that good men exist, when there isn't one in their lives to show the example. The small sob at the end of the song was a blessing, a great blessing to me, and for my kids. There you were, a "tough guy" up there singing on stage, and were able to be touched by that song, to be so in character and really feel it. Thank you for being a humble actor along with your "cool chops." My 15 year-old son, especially, needed to see that a man can never be stronger than when he is kneeling in prayer. My daughters (12, 13, and 5 years old, and younger son (7 years-old, the one who shook your hand, while I asked about your little girl, while you were signing things), really needed to see that fathers are truly supposed to be loving, good and compassionate men, meek and mighty at the same time, instead of violent, callous and cruel. Thank you, Tommy. Thank you so very much!

All my love, (Oh, and I hope your little girl and your wife are able to come be with you for Christmas.)

May God bless you in all good things.

I have seen TSO 4 years in a row so far and I will be back next year. My husband and I absolutely love the music, the concerts and the people. Your concerts just seem to get better and better every year. Our Friend Renegade went with us this year. He is homeless, but he managed to come up with enough money to see your concert, he agrees that your concert is amazing. My husband and I told him that there's no comparison between hearing the music and seeing the concert. The lights, lasers, strobes, vocalists and musicians are amazing. In my opinion there is no other word to describe your concerts. I can't wait for next year. By the way, any ideas on when you will be performing Beethoven's last night?

Truly a class show. I agree with Cyni below. I love the classical style with the modern and traditional instruments. Incredible power starting, as it must, with a world class drummer. As a musician I wanted to go to the meet and greet, but the Mrs. thought I was overly enthusiastic about meeting Anna Phoebe. Well DUH!!! Saw Angus kiss Cyni's granddaughter' hand and I thought that was really great. She sure looked happy about it! Heck, it was ALL great. Can't wait until next year.

You guys ROCKED the HOUSE in Nampa last night. Topped last year!!! At the meet and greet I got a hug from you and it was so kind of you to acknowledge me that way. The whole cast feels like family. if only I could have you over for dinner. TSO is at the "top of their game". BTW, Angus kissed my granddaughters hand when he came down the isle. I don't know which was more entertaining, your Dangerfield routine during dinner of the "show of shows" at the Qwest Center in Omaha, Neb. Having witnessed TSO five times in Kansas City and once at the Aladdin in Vegas, I have to say the show in Omaha simply blew me away - the lights, the pryo, the tremendous talents on stage. I hope you always realize what a special place you hold in the hearts of your fans. Stacy and I can't thank you enough for all you have done for us. We'll see you in Kansas City Dec. 22 -- Bill

I just saw TSO in Oklahoma City on the 19th. It was amazing to say the least. I had bought one of the programs and waited in line for over an hour to have you all sign it, which was a great pleasure. However, in the shuffle of returning home (I don't live in OKC), it was lost. Regardless, it was an amazing show and I absolutely love your voice. I hope you have happy holidays! Hi Tommy,

I doubt you'll remember me from the Birmingham "meet and greet" after the wonderful show but my husband and I were the ones who were celebrating our 38th wedding anniversary and you gave us to Pre Show tickets for the next time we see TSO perform. My son and his new wife of 2 months were so upset (they were behind us and didn't see you give us the tickets) that he tried to make me come back in and ask you for 2 more.

We may be a couple of your older fans but we have all the TSO CD's (I want to get the DVD - maybe Santa will bring it) and this was the 2nd time we've seen all of you perform. The 1st time was in 2002 in Atlanta at The Fox but I honestly don't remember much about that performance because my mother had just passed away unexpectedly 2 days before Christmas and that performance was on December 28th (if I remember correctly). We wanted to see TSO last year when you came to Birmingham but because we both work in public school system, we had other obligations for the date you were here. We are so glad we got to see the show this year and I hope we will be able to see many more.

Thank you and all the TSO members for the wonderful message you bring and for meeting and speaking with fans after the show.

Stay safe and have a wonderful Thanksgiving and Christmas!

I didn't see any Cape Girardeau entries here so now there is. The only things I have to say are that seeing TSO onstage a year ago boosted my confidence to enter the music field as a guitarist. Now I'm preparing for Berklee as a professional music major (pretty sweet). Your voice on Ornament had its effects. Anyway, I wanted to throw my two cents. By the way, Im 17 to clarify some things, I didn't want to rub off as some enthused old guy.

Saw TSO for the second year at Cape Girardeau. I took my 16 year old son. He is an accomplished guitar player and really into the "hair bands" and heavy metal. He loves Metallica, BLS. I had been worrying about the direction the music was taking him. After last year, he purchased some of the CD's and got turned on to you guy's, players like Stevie Vai, Ingwi Malmstein, and some of the stuff I listened to in the late 70's and early 80's. I never dreamed that a Christmas concert would give my son and I such a connection. He has a music scholarship for when he graduates and I am pleased to say that he will not stop taking lessons until he can play any style of music. I thank you guys for helping to open him up to something besides Death Metal, (not that there is anything wrong with that. LOL).
